Porto 1|3

Early in April we spent a few days in Oporto, wandering through alleyways with Akira, eating great food, and following the street art path sprayed with aerosols and stickers in the streets. This is Porto, post 1 out of 3.

  1. Yay! We were up there for a couple of days, but so busy we had almost no free time. Planning on going again in a month or so, your posts are just in time! :-D Thanks!

    1. Wanted to go for the longest time and fell in love with it. The weekend we visited on was special and the city was alive with street performances, all kinds of live music and huge crowds everywhere. Really, really lovely.

Some suggestions, which you might already be familiar with:
      – Casa Guedes: sandes de pernil de porco.
      – Café Santiago F: francesinhas.
      – Casa de Pasto da Palmeira: petiscos muito bons na Foz.

      1. Thanks. We tried Santiago (saved earlier from Akane’s post) but was closed for the day. Ended up having lunch on Brick, a very cool experience.

Saving these for the next visit.. :-D

  2. You guys should really move to Porto! Just saying… :D

    1. I wouldn’t mind that one bit. :)
